For Equip Hotel 2022, Chiara Andreatti signs both the new design collection for textile flooring as well as the setting of Radici’s stand at the fair (Pav.7.3-E59). Within the set-up, the new collection of textile surfaces covers geometric shapes, wings and curved walls that define the spaces of the stand, designing a sort of path for visitors.
“I was immediately fascinated by the historicity of the company. What struck me the most was their strong artisan identity, the attention to detail and the quality of the raw material. Although it is mostly a technical company and very distant from the furniture companies I usually work with, this new adventure was very stimulating. I started first from the study of the raw material and its processing to then create small ‘stories’, ad hoc designs that were able to best express the different possibilities of the brand, from flat and monochromatic creations, to printed or Wilton processes; thus giving a global image of everything the company can achieve and do.“
